Formerly affiliated with Computer Doctor, ATECHS has been in business since 2001 serving customers in the Sioux Falls, SD area. The owner of ATECHS, Al Lamb, spent over 20 years on active duty with the US Air Force, and during that time has also provided professional computer, networking, and internet support at various locations since 1983.
What is your primary product or service?
Simply put, we provide technology solutions to our customers to their complete satisfaction in the areas of computer support, webhosting and domain names, wired and wireless networking, website design, telephone services, and training. From running cabling to securing your network, ATECHS is your one-stop technology partner.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
In short, Al Lamb is the owner of ATECHS, and he is a technology 'nut' that loves a new challenge. As mentioned previously, Al spent over 20 years on active duty with the US Air Force, and during that time has also provided computer, networking, and internet support since 1983.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our name, ATECHS, probably describes this best by the words that were used to make our company name : A-Advanced T-Technical E-Experienced C-Competent H-Honest S-Service. Most service work is performed at your location (On-Site). Some tasks are better performed Off-Site, such as major hardware refurbishment, and upgrades. We can arrange pickup and delivery of your equipment for Off-Site services.
What type of payments do you accept?
All service work is cash when services are rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept gold, silver, federal reserve notes, good checks, and PayPal. PayPal payments can be sent to service@atechs-sd.com
Which areas do you service?
We are based in Sioux Falls, SD, but we are willing to travel to nearly anywhere. ATECHS provides its services to many national technology companies as a subcontractor. We have serviced several major brand name companies such as WalMart, Target, FedEx, Smith-Barney, CitiGroup, etc.
